1. Digital Goods Non-Returnable

Due to the nature of high-resolution digital media being inherently unreturnable, we generally cannot offer refunds once the files have been successfully downloaded.

2. Exception: Un-downloaded Files

If you purchased a pack by mistake AND our server logs show that the download link has never been accessed or used, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact support to request this.

3. Exception: Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally buy the same pack twice, or you buy a pack and then immediately upgrade to the bundle, we will happily refund the overlapping or duplicate purchase amount. Simply email us at support@graphics.supply with both order numbers.

4. Technical Issues

We stand by the quality of our assets. If you believe the files are corrupt or not as described, please email support so we can resolve the issue or issue a refund immediately.
