Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If a collection is not right for your work, email hello@graphics.supply within 30 days of purchase with your order reference and we will refund the full price. You do not need to give a reason.

2. After a Refund

A refund ends the licence for that order. Please delete the downloaded files and do not use them in new work.

3. Exception: Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally buy the same pack twice, or you buy a pack and then immediately upgrade to the bundle, we will happily refund the overlapping or duplicate purchase amount. Simply email us at hello@graphics.supply with both order numbers.

4. Technical Issues

We stand by the quality of our assets. If you believe the files are corrupt or not as described, please email support so we can resolve the issue or issue a refund immediately.
