1. Information We Collect

When you engage with graphics.supply, we collect specific types of information to process your transactions and improve your experience. When you purchase a product, we collect your email address, name (if provided), and geographic region (for tax compliance). The free sampler downloads directly from this website; no email address or marketing consent is required. If you use the separate, optional newsletter form, we collect your email address and record the time, source and version of your explicit consent. The consent box is unticked by default. For sampler requests previously made through Polar, Polar retains the checkout information and any consent recorded there.

Payment Information: All payment processing is handled securely off-site by our Merchant of Record, Polar (polar.sh), which may utilize providers like Stripe or PayPal. We do not capture, store, or have access to your full credit card numbers, bank details, or backend financial data.

2. Tracking, Cookies, and Analytics

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure visits, product views, checkout starts, and completed purchases attributed to our ads. We do not use Google Analytics. Browser events depend on your privacy preferences; a purchase event is sent from our server only after a paid order is confirmed and the checkout carries the required tracking permission.

In the United States, Australia and New Zealand, Meta tracking is on by default and a notice lets you turn it off with No thanks. Everywhere else, and whenever we cannot determine your country, Meta tracking starts only after you select Allow Meta; No thanks keeps it off. We determine your country from your IP address using a local copy of GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available from maxmind.com; your IP address is not sent to MaxMind. Browsing, checkout, payment and file delivery do not require marketing consent. We remember your choice in a preference cookie for six months, so you do not need to choose on every visit. You can change or withdraw your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by disabling Meta tracking.

A separate essential preference cookie helps us apply a withdrawal to pending purchase reports from checkouts opened in this browser. It contains a random signed reference, is available only to our server, and expires after six months. It is not sent to Meta as an advertising identifier. If we cannot save a withdrawal for an open checkout, we show a retry message; new checkouts still continue without Meta tracking. Withdrawing does not automatically delete an event already sent to Meta, or change choices made in another browser.

If tracking is enabled, Meta receives event and device information and may connect it with your Meta account. Our server-side purchase measurement uses the confirmed order amount and currency, hashed customer contact details, and available browser or ad-click identifiers to match the purchase. Meta may use this information to personalize ads. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. Polar handles checkout and payment processing under its own privacy policy; using Polar does not transfer responsibility for tracking on this website to Polar.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data for the following essential business purposes:

  • To securely deliver your purchased digital goods via automated email.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries regarding orders.
  • To send transactional emails, such as receipts and invoice generation (handled via Polar).
  • If you explicitly opt-in: To send occasional newsletters regarding new asset packs, updates, or special promotions. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@graphics.supply.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share transaction data with Polar for payment processing and product delivery. When you separately subscribe to our newsletter, Sender (Sender.net, UAB “Sender”, Lithuania) processes your email address and consent details on our behalf to manage subscriptions and send emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. Downloading the sampler does not send your email address to Sender. When you allow Meta tracking, we also share the measurement data described above with Meta. Advertising-related sharing may be covered by privacy rights in your jurisdiction. You can stop future Meta tracking using Cookie settings or a supported browser privacy signal.

5. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask that your personal data be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us via our support channels. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
