License Agreement

1. Overview and Grant of License

By purchasing and downloading assets from graphics.supply, you are granted an ongoing, non-exclusive, non-transferable, commercial license to use the assets in your personal and commercial projects, subject to the terms and restrictions set forth in this agreement. This is a license to use the assets, not a transfer of ownership or copyright.

2. Permitted Uses (What you CAN do)

Under this license, you are explicitly permitted to:

  • Use the assets in personal and commercial digital artworks, photo manipulations, and composites.
  • Use the assets in social media content, including YouTube thumbnails, Instagram posts, and TikTok videos.
  • Incorporate the assets into client work (e.g., retouching a portrait for a client), provided that the final delivered file to the client is significantly modified and flattened (e.g., a flattened JPEG or PNG), preventing the client from extracting the raw overlay.
  • Use the assets in physical prints and merchandise (like posters, book covers, or apparel) up to a maximum limit of 10,000 units. For extended print runs, please contact support for an enterprise license.
  • Use the assets in video productions, commercials, and short films with unlimited views.

3. Prohibited Uses (What you CANNOT do)

To protect our intellectual property, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Reselling, sharing, or distributing the raw, unedited overlay files to third parties, even for free.
  • Creating derivative stock resources, overlay packs, brushes, or templates that directly compete with graphics.supply, using our original files as a base.
  • Including the raw files in editable templates (e.g., Photoshop templates for sale, Canva templates) where the end-user can easily extract the original, unflattened overlay asset.
  • Using our assets to train Machine Learning (ML) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) image-generation models.

4. No Attribution Required

You are not required to provide attribution or credit when using these assets in your work, although a shoutout to graphics.supply (or tagging us on social media) is always highly appreciated and helps our small business grow!

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Graphics.supply reserves the right to terminate this license if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the assets and destroy any copies in your possession.
